Whilst in Yorkshire I visited my sister Eva who has her own studio in central Leeds . She is a second generation Hungarian/British citizen who has always held a fascination for the personal experiences of migrants and their families. After graduating as a Fine Artist in 2005 she has held several successful exhibitions, mainly focusing on her interest of migration, using different types of media. She is currently working on her latest exhibition which examines the issues related to identity, immigration and integration. One installation portrays a personal historic perspective of the consequences of deracination and the politically displaced migrant, whilst the second addresses current European social and economic migrant issues.
