Last night at the Proms......

Tonight myself and Oscar are sitting on the sofa , with our flags swaying and singing out loud joining in the Proms ! fab stuff......

It' s my beautiful young mans birthday today and he's a very special 18, how fantastic is that? I didn't choose autism for my boy it chose him and we have lived along side this condition for all these years and we still learn something new every day. I love my Oscar so much and I cry most days that he can't say those words back but i know he does .... who would have thought 18 years ago in hospital my tiny perfect little baby would be wearing these ......

Been making some small hand printed gifts for my creative friends so they can doodle to their hearts content! They are small note books and im off to stick them in the post right now!.....

Looking forward to getting stuck in! unfortunately i have to do a spot of decorating the house after the school holidays too but all exciting stuff!!.....

Latest Book Finds.....

Been hunting out old books again! Found these little beauties for my collage and vintage badge making!

I particularly like this little book and its front and back covers. Such a beautiful alphabet. Inside there's some beautiful scripts and text to scan and use in future works. I love the old Beano comic too !

Now that would be a shame to cut up and use in my badges .... so i won't! I spent some time photographing various things around the book stall too .Found these on the pavement outside.
